Shipping Policy

At SkinProphet, we take great care in preparing and dispatching your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment has been confirmed.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders — no minimum spend required. Standard delivery usually takes 5–10 working days, depending on your location and local postal schedules. Please note that during busy periods such as holidays or sales events, delivery times may be slightly longer.

Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information, allowing you to follow your order every step of the way.

We always aim to ensure your SkinProphet purchase arrives safely and on time. However, unforeseen circumstances such as postal delays or adverse weather may occasionally affect delivery schedules.
